Issues such as, the environment, public health, socio-political, technology, etc. This can be an app, a device, a digital service experience, but should have a point of view of how the world could be and the society within it in the near future.

We wanted to create an accessible app that provides safety and peace of mind to those who are navigating the dating world.
Context
User Research
Oftentimes it can be nerve-wracking to meet new people and put oneself out there into the dating world. If a threat is posed while on a date, what can you do?
Challenges
Solution
Design an easy-to-use app that addresses the user’s safety and comfort throughout the different stages of going on a date. Features include a self-defense teaching module, a shared calendar with friends, and an alert system during the actual date.

Alert System:
This allows your contacts to see your location and you have the ability too see if any of your contacts are in danger. Alerts your contacts when you feel in danger on a date. Default status is green and you can input the severity of. the situation through 5 different levels.
Self Defense Teacher:
Tips and tricks for users to learn self defense moves so they can be better prepared during scary situations. Shows in a step by step sequence of each move.
Calendar:
Organized system to help the user and their friends to keep track of when and where they are during a date.
